I finished the first artichoke sock last week, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I think the lace down the front makes my foot look wide and blocky. I don't know, I'm just not sure about it. I hate to rip it, so I'll probably knit the second one, but not right away. The new pattern for the Six Sox Knitalong came out today, plus today is the official kickoff for the Knitting on the Road Knitalong, so I'll most likely be working on those for a while.

As an aside, I really would love to find great instructions for a short row heel...anybody have any favorites?
