If life could just dial it down a notch lately, I'd be ok with that. It's one of those times where everything is too hard, takes too long, is too exhausting, is just....too... Ever had that? Of course you have. The big dilemma these days for me is what to eat. We found out after a panel of testing that, good news, the Bean is not in fact allergic to soy. However she is, and here is the bad news, allergic to milk, egg whites, peanuts, and oh yeah, by the way, wheat. Are you kidding me? (I seriously asked the nurse that when she called to tell me.) Who in the ever-loving universe is allergic to all those things?! Apparently the Bean. And now, because I'm nursing, I get to avoid all those foods as well. I suppose a diet consisting solely of salsa eaten with a spoon would not be doctor recommended. I'm doing a flurry of research and will hopefully come up with some edible results.
