She finally did it...the Bean slept through the entire night last night! I put her down around 9:15, and I was afraid that she'd be up by midnight since she hadn't had her cereal, but the poor thing was so tired I just couldn't keep her up. Midnight rolled around and not a peep. I woke up from a crazy dream at 2:45, convinced that I had slept through her screaming, but alas she was still zonked out. So then of course I couldn't go back to sleep. Finally I dozed off and at 6:40 this morning I finally heard her, so I went in, nursed her, she fell back asleep, and wouldn't you know it...I had to wake her up around 8:45 this morning so that we could take the Bug to preschool. I'm not getting my hopes up, however, since she had her six month well check today where she got two shots. I'll keep my fingers crossed, but not too tightly. Now if only I could get the Bug off this kick of not wanting to go to sleep or stay asleep in his bed all night, life would be much simpler.
