I do a lot of photographing things rather than people. Portraits are something that I'd love to get more into, but most people are so self-conscious in front of the camera, it's hard. And the idea of just snapping away on the city street really doesn't appeal to me either. There are people that are amazing at it, don't get me wrong, but it's not my scene. Anyone got any advice on shooting portraits?
