Trying to get to the store today proved to be more of a challenge than I'd anticipated...it seemed like no matter which way I went, police cruisers had blocked the road I needed. Never had that happen before, at least not for flooding. It was kinda creepy...as I sat in the car in the Target parking lot waiting for the rain to let up (of course I'd forgotten my umbrella), the pavement looked like one huge sheet of moving water. Tomorrow's supposed to be at least dry. And it's a good thing...the Bug is itching to get out and run.
