Antidote

I've learned that the best way to turn around worry, anxiety, self-pity, pessimism, or whatever else negative you've got going on, is thankfulness. It's hard to focus on the bad when you're wrapped up in the good. Here's my good for the day:

  • Great Grandma's chicken noodle bake recipe
  • spending some time with Husband before he headed off to work this morning
  • having a spurt of domesticity
  • remembering it's Thursday when I thought it was Wednesday
  • not having a strict schedule if I don't want to
